We built Hauly because we watched couriers losing margin to exchanges that charged them monthly just to access jobs that were never the exchange's to give. And we watched customers wait 20 minutes for a quote that should take 10 seconds.

The UK courier industry has run on the same model for decades: brokers capture leads on Google, post them to subscription exchanges, and pocket the margin. Drivers pay £170+/month for the privilege of bidding against each other. Customers get opaque pricing and zero visibility.
