By accessing or using Hauly's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the services.
2. Services Description
Hauly provides a courier and delivery service connecting customers with independent drivers. We do not own or operate the vehicles used for deliveries. We act as an intermediary to facilitate connections between customers and drivers.
3. User Obligations
When using our services, you agree to:
- • Provide accurate and complete information
- • Not use the service for any illegal purposes
- • Not interfere with or disrupt the service
- • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- • Not send prohibited items (see below)
4. Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited from being transported through our services:
- • Illegal substances or items
- • Weapons, explosives, or ammunition
- • Hazardous materials without proper documentation
- • Live animals (except service animals)
- • Human remains
- • Items exceeding weight or size limits
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices for services are quoted based on the information you provide. Additional charges may apply if the actual delivery requirements differ from what was stated. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
6. Liability and Insurance
All Hauly drivers carry appropriate goods-in-transit insurance. Claims for damaged or lost items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Our liability is limited to the terms of the driver's insurance coverage.
7. Cancellations
Cancellation fees may apply depending on when the cancellation is made. Cancellations made after a driver has been dispatched may incur full charges.
