Contract and recurring courier regular routes across the UK
Hauly is not only a same-day courier. If you need the same run every day, night or week, a multi-drop round, or a vehicle and driver for the day, we set it up with you directly. Tell us the route, how often and what vehicle, and we confirm what we can cover and agree the price per run or per day before anything starts.

The kinds of regular work we can set up
These are the patterns we are asked for most. Some we run today, some we will scope with you first, so ask.
Fixed runs and night routes
The same collection and delivery on set days and times: depot to depot, factory to warehouse, early-morning feeders. A flat price per run, agreed in advance.
Multi-drop and collection rounds
A set list of drops, or a set list of collections back to one depot, run in order. Priced per day, or per stop, depending on the round.
Dedicated vehicle and driver
A van and a driver for the day or the week, working to your schedule. Priced per day.
Standing weekly collections
The same pick-up every Tuesday at ten, or the same drop every Friday. Smaller volumes, same planning.
What we do not do
We do not run overseas routes, vehicles over Luton size, hazardous goods or controlled-chain work such as medical specimens or cash. Hundreds of low-value parcels a week to different addresses are better served by a contracted parcel network. If your work is none of these, tell us anyway and we will say plainly whether we can do it.
Common questions
Can I set up a regular route in advance, not just same-day jobs?
Yes, by agreement. Send us the route, the days and times and the vehicle you need. We confirm what we can cover and agree a start date. Recurring routes are set up by our team rather than booked online.
How is regular work priced?
Per run, or per day for a dedicated vehicle and driver, agreed with you before the first run. Some multi-drop rounds are priced per stop. We do not bid mile by mile, so you know the cost in advance.
Do I need a contract?
We agree terms with you in writing. Tell us what you need and we will say what that looks like for your volume.
What vehicles can you use?
From bikes and cars through to Luton vans. If your load needs a tail lift, a second person or anything unusual, say so in your enquiry.
Do you track every run and give proof of delivery?
Drivers use the Hauly app, which records location, a proof-of-delivery photo and, where needed, a signature. Whether you see tracking yourself or we manage it on your behalf is agreed per route.
How do drivers get paid, and what does it cost to set a route up?
There is no charge to enquire or to have a route set up. You pay Hauly the agreed price and Hauly pays the driver, so you have one supplier and one invoice.
I run a courier or man-and-van fleet and want regular work. Can I join?
Individual drivers apply at hauly.co.uk/for-drivers and are approved by our team before they can take work. If you run several vehicles, email hello@hauly.co.uk with your fleet size, vehicle types and areas covered, and we will say what we can offer. We do not currently let operators quote on routes.
