Can you find my lost suitcase?
No. We are a courier, not a baggage tracing service. Report the loss to your airline (or train or coach operator) and they will trace it. Once you know where your suitcase is, we collect it and deliver it fast.
How much does it cost to courier a suitcase in the UK?
Enter the collection and delivery postcodes above for an instant fixed price. A single suitcase usually fits in a standard car, so you are not paying for a van. The price is quoted up front, with no hidden fees.
How fast can you collect a lost suitcase?
Most collections are arranged within about an hour of booking, depending on driver availability in your area. Your driver can then deliver the same day. Booking is online, with no account needed.
Will the airline pay for the courier?
Airlines normally deliver delayed bags to you themselves, often free of charge. If you book a courier because it is quicker, keep your receipt and your Property Irregularity Report (PIR) reference. Under the Montreal Convention you may be able to claim reasonable expenses caused by the delay. Check your airline’s policy and your travel insurance, as we cannot promise a refund.
Can you collect from an airport or baggage handling depot?
Yes, where the airline or handler will release the bag to our driver. Check what they need first. Many ask for ID, the PIR reference and a signed authorisation from you, and some will only release to the passenger. Add the details in the notes when you book.
Is my suitcase insured while it is being delivered?
Every Hauly job is carried under goods-in-transit cover. You can follow the driver live and get proof of delivery with a photo when it arrives. We advise against putting cash or high-value jewellery in a courier shipment.
Can you deliver a suitcase overseas?
No. Hauly handles UK deliveries only. For international returns, ask your airline to route the bag to a UK address, then use us for the final leg.
